Try as I might, I still get the winter blues. However, the tips in my last post and other tips I’ve found help a lot! One of my favorite tips is to try and find the joy and beauty in the little things. For instance, yummy chocolate chips and banana slices on a happy yellow plate, and pretty frost covered trees outside my window. May you all find joy and beauty this winter season.
